"Cannot fault the driver, I booked this on behalf of an employees who was travelling from an appointment at the US consulate in Belfast back to the airport. The employee was held up by over half an hour at the consulate and the driver waited for him for this period, which was the only reason he ended up making his flight. In addition to this, I had phoned to add a 'via' to the trip, but was never sent a payment link for this (I imagine because of how last minute this was), so the driver was not made aware of this in advance, but he was still kind enough to stop at the hotel so the employee could collect his bags. Best service I have used."
